Role Summary:

The Inventory Management Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Inventory Management Lead by overseeing various functions within the department. This includes the implementation and ongoing refinement of standardized processes, clarifying roles and responsibilities within the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects by designated personnel, and spearheading special initiatives to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize ERP systems, with a preference for those within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of warehouse operations and management workflows.
  • Oversee inventory catalog management and its maintenance.
  • Handle purchase order and invoice processing, along with financial reconciliations.
  • Participate in formal bank inventory audits.
  • Supervise inventory activities across all fulfillment centers.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, stock, or inventory management.
  • Strong mathematical, reconciliation, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, managers, and external partners.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience (approximately $27.00 per hour).
