We are currently seeking a committed Inventory Associate who excels in problem-solving and is dedicated to the seamless execution of inventory-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Inventory Associate will:

  • Examine shipment contents and reconcile them with documentation such as manifests, invoices, or orders to ensure precision.
  • Prepare essential documents, including work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to facilitate material routing.
  • Log shipment details, encompassing weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting and recordkeeping.
  • Calculate various amounts, such as available space, shipping, storage, or demurrage charges, utilizing computer systems or pricing lists.
  • Oversee inventory management and assess results for accuracy.
  • Document operational processes and workflows.
  • Report on critical performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory tracking.
  • Act with urgency to ensure the successful execution of operational plans.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management.
  • Experience in pick/pack, inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse/distribution, or Fresh Cut General Management is advantageous.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Quality Assurance/Inventory experience is a plus.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience.
