This position is ideal for tax specialists who want to expand their technical skills and build a career in a specific field of tax. We are seeking a strong individual with deep knowledge and demonstrated experience in the taxation of compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax technical support and insight to team members in the tax, audit, consulting and internal HR practices on employee benefits and executive compensation issues affecting projects for the team's clients.
  • Brief team members on the relevant issues, attend client meetings with the team member, and review the issues with the client or its legal counsel or advisors directly.
  • Apply relevant tax authority to real-world situations.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge and demonstrated experience in the taxation of compensation and benefits.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a team of like-minded individuals.
  • Prefer internal clients instead of external clients.

  • Having a predominately steady schedule without the large peaks of busy season.
