Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to lead and accelerate a portfolio of brands on Amazon and beyond. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the ecommerce marketplace and be able to manage day-to-day activities while directing long-term growth and profitability for NetRush and our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster trust and develop strong relationships with brands through understanding their corporate growth goals, brand ethos, and customer base.
  • Ensure marketplace health and optimize the brand-driven customer experience on Amazon and other digital retail platforms.
  • Be considered a trusted partner by our brand partners based on your ability to integrate deeply into partner planning and management systems.
  • Manage projects, calendars, and cross-functional team support. Document actions and insights, especially in project management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set the partner growth strategy, identifying opportunities to optimize our services footprint and improve our partners' overall experience.
  • Act as a thought leader to NetRush on business and strategic issues relating to ecommerce.
  • Provide feedback to leadership regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps, and other valuable insights gained while working with partners.
Success Metrics
  • Sustained, profitable growth for NetRush and our brand partners, exceeding expectations and KPI targets against:
    • Net Contribution
    • Partner Growth Benchmarks
    • Resource Usage to Allocation
  • Solid, enduring brand partnerships as measured by:
    • Retention
    • Partner sentiment surveys/interviews
Requirements
  • Strong process and interpersonal skills, including leading and prioritizing multiple responsibilities to deliver objectives
  • Goal-oriented individual with ability to lead and influence without authority
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to research, gather, listen, and communicate and/or present plans concisely to all levels within the organization, both internally and externally
  • 5+ years in ecommerce, retail, or relevant experience
  • Reliable Internet Connection: a stable and high-speed internet connection is crucial for seamless communication, video conferencing, and accessing company resources
Compensation and Benefits
  • The annual salary for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 DOE
  • This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus
