Job Summary

The Account Manager II is a key role in Nordson's sales team, responsible for driving growth and revenue in the designated region of Northern CA, OR, WA, UT, IA, ID, WY, MT, NV. This position requires a strong understanding of the market and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disproportionately service Nordson EFD Top Customers
  • Increase share of Nordson EFD Top Products sold in the territory
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the region beyond expected economic growth
  • Respond to technical and commercial inquiries from customers and prospects
  • Proactively contact customers to develop new opportunities
  • Report on the region, including monthly forecasts and sales plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with superior sales skills
  • At least 5 years of previous sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the market and sales methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
