Sales and Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating and aiding in the creation, conception, and execution of impactful revenue-generating campaigns.
They will collaborate closely with salespeople, brand managers, and the promotions team to develop revenue-generating opportunities and ensure successful campaign execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with sales representatives to conceptualize and develop innovative promotions and campaigns tailored to meet client needs.
- Collaborating with brand managers and the promotions team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and maximize revenue potential.
- Overseeing the execution of promotional activities from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary resources, materials, and support for promotion implementation.
- Preparing detailed recaps of completed promotions, including performance metrics, client feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Analyzing promotion effectiveness and providing actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, marketing, or promotional role, preferably in media or broadcasting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
- Experience in building sales decks in the Google Suite of products.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
- Highly creative with a passion for developing engaging promotions.
