Aloha Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is in search of a Weddings & Special Events Manager

JOIN OUR 'OHANA


The Weddings & Special Events Manager is responsible for orchestrating and overseeing all aspects of weddings and private dining events at the Resort, in collaboration with the Sales department.

This role entails enforcing the terms outlined in the sales agreement and guiding event planners through the planning journey.

The Weddings & Special Events Manager communicates client needs and expectations to all hotel departments, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.

What We Seek:


We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence, possess expertise in hospitality operations, and have a solid understanding of the rooms division and event planning, along with strong business acumen.

A proven track record of creativity and exceptional communication skills is essential. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in hospitality/event planning, including some supervisory or management experience.

A college degree in hotel/restaurant management or hospitality administration is preferred, although relevant work experience may suffice.

Availability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, is required.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
