Role Responsibilities

The Patient Services Coordinator will be essential in maintaining the operational efficiency of the health center. In this role, you will manage front desk activities with accuracy, following established protocols. Your duties will include:

  • Overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Managing incoming patient calls and inquiries effectively.
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with patients, external partners, and team members.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative or front desk roles.
  • Competence in office software and basic clerical tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with healthcare processes and terminology is advantageous.
