About the Role

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is a key member of the Housekeeping Department at Four Seasons Hotels Limited, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest accommodations and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and control planned cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Work closely with the Front Office to ensure guest accommodations are ready in a timely manner
  • Assist Supervisors with training and supervision of Housekeeping staff
  • Assume responsibility for the Department in the absence of the Director or Assistant Director of Housekeeping
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in a supervisory role in Rooms division
  • College degree or diploma in Hotel management or equivalent experience
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a multicultural team
  • Solid business acumen and a passion for service
  • Strong training and supervisory skills
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word
