As the initial point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will have the unique opportunity to interact with various corporate flight departments and high-profile individuals. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities related to servicing corporate aircraft, cargo, and passenger charters, as well as other general aviation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Facilitate hotel and catering arrangements for incoming and outgoing flights.
  • Handle customer transactions and fuel purchases efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with line service teams and pilots to meet all customer service requirements.
  • Coordinate ground handling services effectively.
  • Manage communication with airport agencies regarding flight schedules.
  • Assist with various customer service tasks as needed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Basic math skills for transaction processing.
  • Residency in Hawaii.
  • Ability to obtain an AOA badge and pass TSA Security Threat Assessment.
  • Successful completion of a 10-year FBI background check.
