Event Coordinator Job Description

The Park at 14th is seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and facilitate inquiries to maximize sales opportunities
  • Attend networking and social events on behalf of The Park
  • Explore avenues to increase event sales
  • Serve as the point of contact for client site visits
  • Orchestrate the planning of event logistics to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate communication with all management and staff
  • Prepare and maintain event BEOs and timelines
  • Initiate and oversee all aspects of event set-up, execution, and follow-up
  • Manage events on-site

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and have a welcoming and outgoing demeanor. Previous events and hospitality experience is a must. The position requires a stellar aptitude for relating to clients, the innate ability to multitask, and demonstrated organizational expertise. Our ideal candidate must have a diligent work ethic, be punctual, and dependable.

Salary ranges from $70k to $175k depending on experience.
