Lead the Way with NUCKOLLS

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a small team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and grow our existing client base
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities
  • Supervise and mentor team members
  • Train and develop team members on our systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting and insights using our CRM
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
  • Passion for helping others and building relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Licensing Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Clean background and reliable transportation

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly, and opportunities for advancement. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and leadership, we encourage you to apply.
