Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee our transportation engineering initiatives and lead our civil engineering team.

About the Role:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing Colorado-based transportation projects with a flexible in-office schedule of up to 2 days per week. Your leadership will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineering staff, ensuring high-quality project deliverables.
  • Oversee all project phases, including scope definition, budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Manage engineering teams and subcontractors, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates for new projects.
  • Assess staffing needs for projects in coordination with senior management.
  • Prepare and distribute regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to internal quality assurance and control protocols.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor budgets, expenses, timelines, and engineer timecards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in transportation engineering, with at least 4 years in a project management role.
  • Demonstrated success in project management and delivery.
  • Experience in Colorado is advantageous.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado; additional state licensure may be required in the future.
