About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Birmingham. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in store and through our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store in achieving results and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Interact with customers, deal with sales, and support the store with organisational tasks
  • Process sales, conduct weekly audits, and respond to customer queries
  • Support other stores as required
