Job Title: Workday Reporting and Integrations Analyst

As a Workday Reporting and Integrations Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our reporting solutions and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Pull data into data lakes and create reports using Power BI.
  • Design and implement complex Workday reporting solutions to meet business needs.
  • Stay updated with Workday releases and new features related to reporting and analytics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align reporting solutions with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday reporting tools and configurations.
Requirements:
  • 4-5+ years of experience in data analytics/warehousing for enterprise software applications.
  • 1-3 years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday Reporting & Analytics.
  • Experience with Workday Financials, Integrations, or Reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior management and technical resources.
  • Ability to perform effective product demonstrations.
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday.
  • Experience working with BI Tools (Power BI, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL, or similar).
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools and SQL.
  • Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Workday Financials, Workday Reporting, Workday HCM.
  • Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
