Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Specialist to join our Asset Protection team. As a Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members, while also preventing theft and loss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of our guests and team members by responding to and investigating security incidents, and providing support during crisis events.
  • Asset Protection: Protect our assets by preventing, investigating, and resolving theft and fraud, and ensuring that our products are available for our guests.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team members and other stakeholders to share information, coordinate efforts, and resolve issues.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders, apprehend subjects, and lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
