Job Title: Part Time Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Part Time Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Autism Learning Collaborative in Albuquerque. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism in a clinic or home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism in a clinic or home setting.
  • Collect data daily on individualized functional goals for each client with efficacy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the clinic setting for staff members, clients, and parents receiving services.
  • Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy.
  • Implement and collect data on behavioral skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and functional living protocols.
  • Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized protocols.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field.
  • Experience working with children ages 0-16 providing in a classroom or 1:1 setting.
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
