At Behavior Change Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral strategies to improve socially significant behaviors and quality of life for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Collect daily data and write session notes documenting client progress and barriers to progress.
  • Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure effective treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to maintain and improve skills.
  • Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Pre-employment professional reference & criminal background check clearance.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Complete CPR or BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to obtain RBT credential through BACB within required timeframe.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs (preferred, but not required).
