Behavior Change Institute, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our clinical team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing behavioral strategies to improve the quality of life for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral strategies and interventions as prescribed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Write daily session notes and update supervisors on client progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain RBT credential through BACB within required timeframe
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to run, walk, sit, stand, and use hands to perform job duties
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Good vision, hearing, and communication skills
