Job Title: Part Time Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a Part Time Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Autism Learning Collaborative in Albuquerque. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism in a clinic or home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism in a clinic or home setting.
  • Collect data daily on individualized functional goals for each client with efficacy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the clinic setting for staff members, clients, and parents receiving services.
  • Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy.
  • Implement and collect data on behavioral skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and functional living protocols.
  • Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized protocols.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with children ages 0-16 providing in a classroom or 1:1 setting preferred.
  • Experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
