Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients to implement behavioral strategies and improve socially significant behaviors. This is a part-time position, requiring 15+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral strategies and interventions as prescribed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Pre-employment professional reference & criminal background check clearance
  • Reliable transportation
  • CPR or BLS certification
  • Ability to obtain RBT credential through BACB
