Job Title: Part Time Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Part Time Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) in Albuquerque. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism in a clinic or home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism
  • Collect data daily on individualized functional goals for each client
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the clinic setting
  • Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy
  • Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized protocols
  • Collaborate with treatment team members
Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Preferred: Bachelor's in psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Experience working with children ages 0-16 providing in a classroom or 1:1 setting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License & insurance in good standing
