Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Lobby Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area, keeping all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the lobby area is clean and well-maintained, including mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors.
  • Remove all trash from areas and restock supplies as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
