We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Breakfast Bar Attendant to join our team at Good Hospitality Services. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and service in our breakfast bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Operations: Receive and follow shift instructions from your supervisor to ensure seamless execution of breakfast bar services.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar throughout breakfast hours, including set-up, servicing, maintenance, teardown, and clean-up.
  • Inventory Management: Survey the breakfast bar and restock as needed to ensure adequate supplies for optimal service.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Empties trash in the breakfast bar area and great room as needed, washes, dries, and puts away all dishes and utensils, and keeps the kitchen area neat and orderly at all times.
  • Additional Duties: Sweep and mop the lobby area as needed, clean public restrooms daily, vacuum rugs as needed, clean glass entrance doors as needed, and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet each guest with a smile and greeting, and report in uniform, cleaned and pressed, with nametag every day.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings as required and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
