Job Title: Strategic Account Manager - Client Growth Expert

ProService Hawaii is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to elevate client satisfaction and drive business growth. In this role, you will nurture and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and stakeholders across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with B2B clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce client turnover and address termination risks.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, generate client referrals, and provide feedback to improve products and services.
  • Spend 50%+ of time meeting clients across Maui, supported by a Client Project Manager to address issues.
  • Achieve client satisfaction targets while contributing to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Proven experience in account management, managing multiple client accounts.
    • At least 2 years in a client-facing or service role.
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
    • Strategic problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Availability to travel (on-island) as needed.


  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
    • Management experience.
