Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Professional to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring statistical and financial data generated by Collections, Insurance, and Billing sections. Your primary goal will be to manage the collection of revenue from patients for services rendered, while ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and collaborate with others to enforce all credit and collection policies at all clinics and business offices.
- Analyze charge and total revenues, developing improved collection methods and procedures to maximize revenue collection.
- Optimize system functionality to automate follow-up and collection processes, ensuring efficient and effective revenue cycle management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, preferably in a healthcare organization or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to extension of credit, billing, and allowable follow-up procedures.
