The Quality Coach will be responsible for spearheading the consistent application of quality educational components, coaching academy leadership in quality lens, and providing targeted coaching to academy teachers in all aspects of early learning systems, policies/procedures, and tools.
The Quality Coach will:
- Provide quality assessments (i.e CLASS and Environment Rating Scale)
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance
- Develop and maintain learning environments
- Curriculum, instruction, and assessment
- Professional growth and collaboration
The Quality Coach will also:
- Communicate quality status and corrections with field leaders
- Guide academy in ERS and Contract Program visit preparation
- Contribute to the academy's educational environment and programming
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility
- Ability to multi-task; follow instruction
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Displays reliability and trustworthiness
- Possess time management skills
- Self-motivating
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and/or degree in related field with three years teaching experience, working knowledge of state licensing and accreditation systems, PQAS Certification or commitment to PQAS Certification is qualifying.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge of CMR, excellent communication skills, the ability to lead with strong interpersonal skills, and intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
