Join Our Team as a Children's Sports Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Sports Coach to join our team at Soccer Shots Philadelphia. As a Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children through sport.

Our Mission: At Soccer Shots, we strive to be the best 30-45 minutes of every child's week. We believe that sports can be a powerful tool for education and enrichment, and we are committed to providing a high-quality program that promotes character development and physical activity.

What We Offer:

  1. Training and Certification: Every Coach receives comprehensive training and certification through our early childhood education principles-based program.
  2. Ongoing Support: We provide ongoing training and evaluations to ensure our Coaches stay at the top of their game.
  3. Personal and Professional Growth: We offer opportunities for personal and professional growth, and many of our Coaches have gone on to become owners and directors of their own Soccer Shots franchises.
  4. Flexibility: We work with our Coaches to schedule them at times that fit their current schedule.

Compensation: $22-28 per hour based on experience.

About Us: Soccer Shots is an international franchise brand with a presence in 34 states and Canada. Our Philadelphia Area franchise serves families in Philadelphia, Camden County, and Lower Bucks County with our unique soccer experience at over 100 local sites.
