Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at BIOMERIEUX, INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales managers with sales-related processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales managers with sales processes, including sales, customer account creation and maintenance, reporting, and vendor registration.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for contract creation and instrumentation processing is accurate and provided in a timely manner.
  • Manage the CPQ approval queue, follow up with approvers, and generate completed quotes.
  • Assist with various levels of sales documentation, including account setup, vendor forms/registration, and RFQs.
  • Work with various departments to resolve issues, such as shipping, materials, production, finance, and legal.
  • Assist with pricing maintenance and management of CRM and SAP ERP systems.
  • Generate sales reports as requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience or education.
  • 2 years of sales administration, customer service, sales support, or related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of customer accounts and a proactive attitude.
