Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Prepare items for shipment and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide support in the administration, tracking, and monitoring of inventory levels
  • Develop and maintain excellent skills through training and coaching
  • Resolve complex inquiries from internal or external customers or suppliers
  • Gather data and prepare moderately complex documents using various computer applications
  • Collect and collate information on key cost drivers, market dynamics, and issues
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Distribution warehousing experience preferred
  • Ability to develop proficiency with company computer system
  • Familiarity with computerized warehouse system preferred
  • PC proficient in Windows-based software programs
  • Familiarity with MS Office Software and good basic keyboarding skills
  • Strong math skills required
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and customer relations skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail required
