  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high-quality service.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, timekeeping, and uniform standards.
  • Operate and care for cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners.
  • Manage waste disposal by removing trash and replacing liners.
  • Report any maintenance issues regarding the building or equipment to a supervisor.
Qualifications:

We require candidates to have at least one year of verifiable experience in commercial cleaning. Additional qualifications include:

  • A work history that reflects a strong work ethic and responsibility.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
  • A valid driver's license and a smartphone with data capabilities for scheduling and timekeeping.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
