Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial client relationships and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of our commercial clients, utilizing our Commercial banking product suite.
- Collaborate with product specialists to develop account structures and treasury management solutions.
- Analyze credit strengths and weaknesses of prospective borrowers and make loan decision recommendations.
- Work with management to make recommendations on pricing and prepare credit packages.
- Coordinate deal team meetings and create/prepare term sheets and commitment letters.
- Identify portfolio weaknesses and trends and alert management to deteriorating portfolio conditions.
- Provide mentoring and training to other bank associates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (4-year college) degree.
- 6-8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
