About the Role

This position is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of Nintendo's facilities and personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and Directing Visitors
    • Ensuring that all visitors are properly cleared and escorted through the facility.
    • Verifying the identity and purpose of all visitors.
  • Maintaining Security Procedures
    • Ensuring that all security protocols are followed and enforced.
    • Reporting any security incidents or concerns to management.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
    • Providing a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
    • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of Security Procedures
    • Experience with security protocols and procedures.
    • Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with visitors and colleagues.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
