- Set appointments and review existing policies with clients to explore other coverage needs and evaluate replacement costs.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our agency management system.
- Hold the required insurance license and have a minimum of two years commercial lines insurance account management experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, and industry operations.
- Display excellent customer focus, phone manner, written and verbal communication skills, and math skills.
- Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
