Job Title: HOA Enforcement Agent

At Brasada Ranch, we're seeking a highly detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our Community Services team as an HOA Enforcement Agent. As a key ambassador for our community, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Home Owner's Association (HOA) office, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe and enjoyable living experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property tours and provide support to the HOA office
  • Complete DPSST training, CPR certification, and OLCC certification within 90 days of hire
  • Monitor gates and enforce speed limits
  • Conduct violations tours and report via Alice software
  • Enforce CC&R and Policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Previous HOA enforcement service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Positive interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to drive company vehicles
