About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of passionate individuals who are committed to creating positive change. As a Grassroots Field Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of activists, educating the public on our campaigns, and building support through petition signatures, letter writing, and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop new activists to become effective grassroots organizers
  • Motivate and lead teams of 5 or more to achieve goals and objectives
  • Manage team logistics, analyze canvass and budget performance, and excel at setting and meeting goals
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to our mission and values
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, great leadership qualities, attention to detail, and a true passion for environmental issues, politics, or social justice. Ideal candidates should have experience in grassroots organizing, community outreach, and team management.
