Collaborative for Educational Services: Seeking Part-Time Activity Assistants

The Collaborative for Educational Services is a leading organization dedicated to providing high-quality educational experiences for students in Western Massachusetts. We are seeking part-time Activity Assistants to support our After School programs, which aim to provide positive and enriching experiences for young people.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about serving students and are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment. As an Activity Assistant, you will work closely with Activity Leaders and Site Coordinators to implement lesson plans and support educational enrichment activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Activity Leaders with the implementation of lesson plans
  • Support educational enrichment activities for elementary-aged students
  • Work collaboratively with Site Coordinators and Activity Leaders to ensure a positive and productive environment
  • Provide support and guidance to students as needed
Qualifications
  • Ability to follow and take direction from Activity Leaders and Site Coordinators
  • Ability to work in person
  • Candidates under 18 are required to obtain a working permit prior to starting work

Our programs are located in various locations across Western Massachusetts, including Amherst, Bernardston, Easthampton, Granby, Greenfield, Northfield, Orange, Palmer, Southampton, Turners Falls, Ware, and West Springfield.
