Sales Development Representative

As a Junior Sales Representative at Main Connections, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations. Your entrepreneurial spirit, combined with excellent communication skills, will enable you to provide top-notch advice and guidance to customers, ultimately leading to increased sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets by fostering strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide training and support to new team members to ensure seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for sales and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong marketing and sales experience, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
- A competitive hourly rate of $15-$17, paid weekly
