We're on the hunt for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Venture Connections. As a key player in our sales department, you'll be responsible for driving growth and revenue through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute creative sales plans to reach new audiences and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve collective sales goals and enhance our brand presence
- Analyze market trends and contribute fresh ideas to drive business growth
- A motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for building relationships
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment
- $18.00 hourly pay, paid weekly, plus commission opportunities ($50k-$55k OTE)
