Job Title: HR Project Manager - People Operations Strategy

Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled HR Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of high-priority enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse range of strategic projects for the People team, including process improvements and HR technology implementations.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resourcing to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create and implement process improvements and transformations across new and existing People processes.
  • Facilitate process improvement meetings and workshops to drive toward solutions that add net present value (NPV) across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of project management experience with at least one year of experience supporting improvement/transformation work, and preferably HR technology implementation and process improvement.
  • Experience planning, organizing, and leading multiple projects and work streams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success supporting strategic initiatives and projects in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide strategic insight.
  • A delivery/results focus with the ability to motivate team members, foster strong relationships, drive change, and facilitate problem-solving discussions.
