Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in NYC.
  • In-depth knowledge of NYC construction processes, regulations, and codes.
  • Valid Supervisor's SST card.
  • Significant experience using Procore, Microsoft Teams, and Estimating software.
  • Experience with AIA billing procedures.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
