Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can provide expert guidance and support to our managed sites. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent, managing benefit programs, integrating HRIS programming, and ensuring safety-related compliance.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a four-year college degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. You must have at least two years of Human Resources experience, preferably as a Generalist, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit top talent for our managed sites by conducting interviews, reference checks, and making job offers.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure effective new hire onboarding programs and adjust programming as needed.
  • Work with on-site HR representatives to manage benefit programs and integrate HRIS programming into day-to-day operations.
  • Evaluate and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Ensure safety-related compliance and partner with on-site leaders to create knowledge and processes around submission of required reports.
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Two years Human Resources experience, preferably as a Generalist.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to work with varying workloads, changing priorities, and a variety of staff.
  • Demonstrate initiative and motivation to follow through with tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
