Strategic HR Partner for Growth and Compliance

We're seeking a talented HR professional with a proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time position that requires a four-year college degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. You must have at least two years of Human Resources experience, preferably as a Generalist, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Manage recruitment efforts for our managed sites, including interviewing, reference checks, and making job offers.
- Partner with leadership to ensure effective new hire onboarding programs and adjust programming as needed.
- Work with on-site HR representatives to manage benefit programs and integrate HRIS programming into day-to-day operations.
- Ensure safety-related compliance and partner with on-site leaders to create knowledge and processes around submission of required reports.
- Four-year college degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Two years Human Resources experience, preferably as a Generalist.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to work with varying workloads, changing priorities, and a variety of staff.
- Demonstrate initiative and motivation to follow through with tasks.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
