Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Sarnova HC, LLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Analyze and improve our current inventory control process flow, researching and resolving inventory transactions and posting errors, and maintaining accurate stock ledger data.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of inventory-related financial statements and reports, including inventory costing and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and direct employees, providing training and daily work direction, and making hiring decisions and conducting annual performance reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Innovate and implement new standard operating procedures, policies, and processes to improve operational performance and efficiency.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to facilitate strategic and tactical decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 7 or more years of experience in inventory accounting in the Distribution, Manufacturing, and/or Retail industries.
  • Skills: Thorough knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and general-ledger account analysis and reconciliation, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
