The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, non-profit management, and leadership, with a proven track record of creating new partnerships and growing organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's mission and goals
  • Oversee the operations of the organization, including program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Ensure the financial viability of the organization through budget development, fundraising, and grant writing
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, government officials, and funders
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure the effective delivery of programs and services
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in non-profit leadership and management
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, non-profit management, or a related field
  • Strong background in public health, non-profit management, and leadership
  • Proven track record of creating new partnerships and growing organizations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
What We Offer:

Health People offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 per year, as well as a generous benefits package, including health insurance, vacation and sick leave, disability, retirement (403b), commuter benefits, and flexible spending account.
