Position Overview

Collier.Simon is a dynamic, independent creative agency situated in the vibrant Los Angeles/Hollywood region. We pride ourselves on being a data-driven creative hub, seeking individuals who are passionate about pushing creative limits and achieving success for our clients through informed strategies and innovative leadership.

We are in search of a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Account Manager with 2-4 years of experience in marketing or advertising to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily progress and development of all client projects.
  • Maintain effective and professional communication with key client stakeholders.
  • Establish and track project timelines.
  • Provide administrative support and client service for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, external agencies, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of work that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Review and assess creative ideas and outputs to ensure alignment with brand strategies, client requests, and agency quality standards.
  • Assist in the creation of project statements of work and internal creative briefs in partnership with the Account Lead.
  • Support the development and refinement of client presentations, creative decks, new business proposals, and case studies.
  • Manage client assets and essential project information to support creative initiatives.
  • Document discussions during client meetings and significant internal gatherings.
  • Actively engage in strategic planning sessions, brainstorming, and creative meetings, contributing valuable insights.
  • Stay informed about clients' brands, products, services, marketing developments, and trends in the advertising landscape.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or advertising within an agency setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in time management and workload balancing.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict timelines.
  • Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Dependable execution of tasks and collaboration as a team member.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal and external teams.
  • Enthusiastic attitude towards new challenges and responsibilities.

This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in Southern California due to the need for regular in-person meetings with clients and agency partners.
