Position Summary

In the role of Client Relationship Manager, your primary objective will be to foster and expand partnerships with school districts within your designated area. You will be responsible for nurturing, developing, and overseeing relationships with K-12 partners across multiple states, impacting millions of students. As the main strategist for these partnerships, you will collaborate with our customer success team to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the partnership lifecycle. Your ability to identify champions within each district will be crucial in delivering top-tier healthcare services to all students.

Key ResponsibilitiesDistrict Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within K-12 districts, serving as the primary contact for all account-related inquiries.
  • Manage relationships across various levels, including Superintendents and Directors of Student Services.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience consistently, building trust to facilitate renewals and expansions.
  • Engage in strategic discussions throughout the year to ensure renewals are a natural progression of value.
  • Identify and address any barriers or risks that may hinder the district's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with districts to assess progress towards strategic goals, utilizing data to identify trends and recommend actions.
Strategic Planning and Collaboration:
  • Act as the chief strategist for district partnerships, working cross-functionally to develop strategic account plans aimed at achieving enrollment and renewal targets.
  • Lead the renewal process, negotiating mutually beneficial terms for both the district and Hazel Health.
  • Conduct internal market reviews to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including customer success and analytics, to align account management strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor customer feedback and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and potential risks.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
  • Regularly assess and report on account health, including usage metrics and satisfaction levels, using this data to enhance district relationships and drive renewals.
  • Work with Analytics and Operations teams to establish effective reporting and monitoring systems for district management.
  • Prepare and present Partnership Reviews that highlight successes and demonstrate how our services contribute to achieving district goals.
  • Utilize a CRM system to accurately track customer-related activities and critical issues.
Product and Service Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on our offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between district needs and new service developments.

  • Proficient in communicating technical information to users with varying levels of understanding.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Prior experience in sales or account management, particularly within the K-12 education sector.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
