Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at ActionLink. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting Sonos home theater technology to customers and increasing sales in assigned stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.
- Build relationships with store managers and associates to create a positive impact and increase Sonos' sales.
- Engage customers through product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs.
- Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence.
- Display Sonos products in a visually appealing manner and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus.
- Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups.
- Reliable transportation and physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time during shifts.
What We Offer:
- Elevate your sales skills by demonstrating the latest innovations in home audio.
- Experience-Driven Earnings: Pay range is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Seasonal Weekend Warrior: 12 hours per weekend, with strong possibility of program being extended into next year.
- Sales Bonuses: Hit those targets and earn up to a 20% bonus.
- Retention bonus for program completion, including a Sonos Ace personal headphones valued at $450.
