Business Development Manager Job Description

Come work for an award-winning restoration company as their next Business Development Manager. This role will propel the company towards increased market share and greater brand recognition.

The Business Development Manager will be a strategic thinker with proven hunting skills, accountable for delivering measurable results that achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets. This position will contribute meaningful insight to the sales and marketing functions and play an integral role in the overall development of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share and brand recognition
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Contribute to the development of the organization through strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the restoration industry
Requirements:
  • Local and highly networked across the restoration industry
  • Hands-on experience strategizing and negotiating complex sales deals
  • Strategic, persistent with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be part of an established company
  • Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills to actively implement ideas
  • Curiosity, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
