High-Level Account Executive

Come work for a renowned Restoration company as their next ALL STAR Account Executive.
Job Summary:The Account Executive will be responsible for charting the course, developing a vision, and implementing a plan to propel the company towards increased market share and greater brand recognition. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will be a strategic thinker with proven hunting skills, accountable for delivering measurable results that achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
- Local and highly networked across the restoration industry
- Hands-on experience strategizing and negotiating complex sales deals
- Strategic, persistent with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be part of an established company
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills to actively implement ideas
- Curiosity, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales and business development in the restoration industry
